“Leslie Smith from Jindi Farm Bush Food, with the assistance from her family, cooked a meal for participants using bush food. We had around 25 people attend and it was a great evening. Everyone went home with a greater knowledge on what native plants we can use in our cooking and garden and also some goodies. If you have a chance to attend a workshop by Leslie, we highly recommend it.”
